The study, building upon ReadyRosie’s existing research-base, also evaluated ReadyRosie “bright spots” which demonstrate what works in implementing ReadyRosie with fidelity for maximum impact/outcomes and found that the following factors contribute to positive outcomes in order of statistical significance:
- Administrative leadership in providing clear expectations and goals
- Live and in-depth Professional Development and training for program/school staff
- Conducting live ReadyRosie Family Workshops
